Good morning, moving into the Monday after Thanksgiving always presents a unique set of issues to confront as we deal with the residual effects of 4 days of eating. Lathargy, hunger and brief periods of panic when we realize that its a full week this week tend to skew the beautiful reality that Christmas is right around the corner and another round of eating to our stomachs delight. We hope you all had a great Thanksgiving weekend and feel free to stop by the office and say hello.

The weather looks to remian nice today and tomorrow with highs in the 50's and approaching near 60 tomorrow. After that the ball drops and with it temperatures are expected to dive into the upper 30's for highs through the remainder of the week. Longer range forecasts are looking even more interesting moving into next week with forecasted highs topping out in the upper 20's. Lets hope the weather guessers are just that at this point, altough the grim reality of it is ever pressing towards us.

Husker Production Update

Good morning everyone, another Monday, another week and opportunity to have a good week at work and at home. Being a short week this week, it is important for everyone to remember that Judy needs all staff payroll by late morning today to allow time for processing.

The short range weather forecast is showing some variability among the 3 sources we use for weather information and with that remember any forecast from the weather guessers is just that, a guess. From what we are able to compile this morning cloudy and rather mild conditions will persist through today but will give way tonight to showers and rain that may linger through tomorrow. Much cooler temperatures will arrive over night with the rain and temps look to remain in the lower 40's through Friday.

While the "Weather Guessers" would lead you to believe that their job is a scientific endeavour of grand design, mother nature still tends to be an elusive and quite ambiguous foe. Production Schedule

Good morning eveyone, it looks like a little dose of reality is setting in around the Omaha Metro Area today as we are expecting temperatures to top out in the mid-40's and percipitation chances increasing as the day moves into the afternoon and evening. This weather system is expected to continue to holds these temperatures and percipitation chances through most of this week, in effect bringing us back to the reality that it is November.

Long range models are showing a break in the weather potentially for late Thursday and most of Friday with precipitation chances again increasing for the weekend. While the chance for rain or snow may decrease later this week, look for little moderation in the temperatures.

As of this morning production is moving ahead with all scheduled installations for the day and will continue to monitor the weather to make accomodations as necessary.

Good morning to everyone out there in Husker Nation, another beautiful day in the Omaha Metro area will lead us into what looks to be an absolutely amazing weekend. Production Schedule Update

Good morning everyone, this is your Production Schedule Update for Wednesday, November 4th 2009. The skies are clear and the temperature is rising and with that our ability to move through another week of production with mother natures cooperation. Long range forecasts are looking great heading into this weekend with temperatures holding steady in the mid to upper 60's with mostly sunny skies. Next week looks to be warm as well with a chance of thunderstorms and showers on the horizon for Monday and Tuesday.

While window jobs are continuing to fill the board, we are offering a deal back here in the production department for siding jobs. If you sell a siding job we can theoretically begin installation in roughly two weeks pending material availability and mother natures cooperation.

Remember, this time of year a caveat always exists; mother nature plays a giant role in installation schedules but with weather like we have this week things will keep rolling right along.
