Good morning everyone, another deludge outdoors today has slowed us down today but it looks as if the weather should clear for tomorrow and give us a chance to finish out the week on a positive note. While roofing and siding application has been significantly reduced today as a result of the rain, windows are being installed at the Liebentritt and Horton Jobs. The Padilla roofing job has also been delayed unitl tomorrow due to rain.

Production Schedule Update

While the weather seems to be letting up a little bit in regards to the deluge of precipitation we have had the last few days, colder weather has settled in for today and is going to significantly hinder our ability to install and produce output from a production perspective. While the weekend seems to tease us with a little break from these conditions, next weeks weather looks to be similar to what we have seen the last few days. With the current weather pattern persisting, communication and flexibility will be the key to maintaining the production schedule.

Your Daily Production Update

Good morning everybody, as we move through another week and make our way past the mile marker of hump day, we are on schedule and on pace to have another productive and positive week back here in production. With that said, weather could become a serious issue as we close out the week with a 50% chance of rain tomorrow and highs in the mid 50's. Friday will stay cool in the lower to mid 50's for high temps, but precipitation chances are minimal and we should be able to close out the week on a positive note.

This weekend is where it gets interesting with high temperatures in the forecast around the upper 30's to the lower 40's with rain and snow chances both days. While there is little chance to see any accumulating snow due to ground temperatures and a weak frontal system, we are going to be made very aware that fall has arrived. Long term going into the beginning of next week looks good with temperatures again falling in the mid-50's with fairly stable weather on slate for Monday and Tuesday.

Your Daily Production Update

Good morning everybody, as we close out one month and march onto another, we are again reminded of the change of seasons underway as we venture outside. After a night of rain, we are looking at rain chances through the end of the day (30-40% showers). With that said, rain chances increase significantly through the overnight and into tomorrow with rain likely and highs toping out somewhere in the lower to mid 50's. Cold and wet day in store for us, make plans accordingly.

Production is still on schedule as of today, but with tomorrows rain chances and overall nasty forecast, we may run into delays concerning installations. Next weeks looks to bring another round of unstable weather on Monday and Tuesday.
